REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing consistent guidance, feedback, and professional support Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional departments to define project scopes, priorities, and timelines Manage the execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to high-quality standards Conduct regular performance reviews and foster the professional growth of your direct reports Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and technical practices.
