Job description

Chick-fil-A Glastonbury is looking for a passionate and experienced Director to lead a seasoned and motivated team.

The ideal candidate will develop team members and leaders to meet business goals. That person will also have:

  • Ability to succeed in high-pressure environments
  • Trustworthy with all aspects of finances and inventory
  • Energetic and able to relate well with team members in the restaurant and particularly the community
  • Have an infectious "can do" attitude which influences the results

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Handle Day-to-Day needs of Operations
  • Drive Thru Reporting
  • Drives continuous improvement within our culture and systems
  • Oversees inventory management and month end processes
  • Engages team members in conversations relating to personal and professional growth
  • 35 hours a week spent in operations and 5 hours a week out of operations

Requirements

  • Must have nights AND weekend availability
  • Must have 2+ year's experience in a leadership position
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be available on Saturdays
