Busy Bookkeeping Firm which caters to Interior Design seeking to add a Bookkeeping Assistant/Data Entry Specialist/ to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, placing furnishings orders and tracking through delivery/installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter variety of data using current technology (Studio Designer, Design Manager, Programma, Quickbooks)
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in programs (Google Sheets, Studio Designer, Design Manager, Programma)
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data, print reports for expediting
  • Assisting Bookkeepers in various tasks needed as position evolves

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Interior Design, Construction or Procurement experience preferred
  • Excellent typing, grammar, and professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
