Assistant CRM Administrators are professionals who support the management and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within an organization. They assist in tasks such as data entry, user support, system updates, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the CRM operates efficiently. Their role is vital in helping teams make the most of customer data, streamline business processes, and improve customer interactions. • Drive personalisation and advanced segmentation to maximise relevance, engagement and conversion.ย
  • Lead creative briefing and coordination, producing compelling CRM communications that resonate with fight fans.ย
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, continuously optimising CRM creative, copy, cadence and targeting.ย
  • Report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.ย
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.ย

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.ย
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.ย
  • Ability and willingness to work closely with UK and European teams.ย
Benefits include access to DAZN, up to 15 days of paid time off, health benefits (including dental & eye care), a sick time package, parental leave offering, voluntary benefits (such as basic life term, personal accident and short and long-term disability covering) and a 401(k) retirement plan.
