Job description

About Us
Orveon is a new kind of beauty company on a powerful mission: to change the way the world thinks about beauty. We dare to do things differently - pushing boundaries with purpose, inspiring creativity, and moving with intention in everything we do.
We are a collective of three premium and prestige beauty brands: bareMinerals, BUXOM, and Laura Mercier. With offices in New York, London, Singapore and Columbus, we combine the energy of an entrepreneurial spirit with the scale and ambition to change the way the world thinks about beauty.
Our culture is built on our IMPACT values - Innovative, Motivated, Passionate, Accountable, Collaborative, and Thoughtful. These aren't just words; they define how we show up for each other, for our brands, and for the world around us. We gain strength from our differences and believe that progress happens when we move as one. We are proud to offer a hybrid work model to support the work-life balance of our teams, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive, agile environment where everyone can thrive.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across email and SMS channels.
In this role, you will help manage the CRM calendar, segment customer data, build and schedule campaigns, and analyze performance to drive engagement and retention. You will also support loyalty program operations, maintain database health, and collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, data-curious, and eager to grow their CRM expertise in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities
CRM Campaign Management
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
  • Segment customer data to create targeted and personalized campaigns that resonate with different customer personas and purchase behaviors.
  • Monitor and manage the CRM calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns aligned with promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.

Email and SMS Marketing
  • Work with the marketing team to design and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns, from concept to deployment, including building and scheduling emails and SMS.
  • Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Ensure all emails follow brand guidelines and are mobile-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Own CRM briefing tickets in Asana, managing multiple briefs, incorporating competitive examples, and driving timely feedback and approvals.

Loyalty Program Support
  • Set up and manage loyalty promotions and offers within Yotpo.
  • Support loyalty communications and retention initiatives across all brands.

Customer Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze customer data and CRM campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Track and report on KPIs, such as open rates, click rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Customer Journey & Retention Optimization
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to build and optimize customer journeys, including welcome sequences, loyalty programs, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through personalized recommendations and targeted re-engagement campaigns.
  • Support the development of retention strategies that increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.

Database Management
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of customer segments, automations, and workflows within the CRM platform.
  • Monitor and manage list health, including unsubscribes, bounces, and list cleaning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure CRM messaging aligns with the overall brand strategy and product launches.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to address feedback and integrate insights into CRM campaigns.

Key Stakeholders
This role will sit within the Digital team and involve close partnership with Site Merchandising, Global & Commercial Marketing, Creative and Consumer Engagement. This role will report to the Manager of CRM, and work across the three brands: bareMinerals, BUXOM and Laura Mercier.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a similar role within eCommerce, ideally in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify, Yotpo) and email marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email best practices, personalization, and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a customer-first mindset.
