A Coffee Shop Supervisor knows the ins and outs of coffee, tea and all things beverage… from pulling a perfect shot of espresso to producing gorgeous foam to proper cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment. This person enjoys teaching others and thrives when given responsibility. Friendly and service-driven, a supervisor sets the tone for the team and ensures that all steps are taken to keep the coffee (or tea) flowing.


Requested Tasks 

-Greet guests and assist with order creation; ensuring a guest-first mentality at all times 

-Oversee the Coffee Shop team members; managing, mentoring and supporting 

-Maintain a clean and organized Shop environment; adhering to excellent safety and health standards 

-Oversee inventory management 


Requested Capabilities 

-Prior experience as a coffee shop manager or barista highly preferred  

-Professional, courteous and approachable demeanor 

-Thorough knowledge of health and safety standards 

-Guest-first mentality
