Job description

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Chicago, IL

Shifts: Day shift M-F

Work Location: Should be able to travel to most closely in Chicago, IL as in required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Must have current IL PA of NP license
  • Illinois controlled substance license and DEA.
  • Candidate must be efficient with EMR.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Should have experience in treating worker's compensation, personal injury, or motor vehicle accident cases. Required
