Role Description The Bookkeeper Permanent (Full-time) role at Caputa & Associates Ltd. is an on-site position based in Chicago, IL. The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including posting and reconciling journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll entries as needed. Day-to-day tasks include updating ledgers, preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, and ensuring that transactions are recorded in compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
