  • Ensure 100% F&I turnover for every customer; collaborate with Finance Manager on deal structure to maximize gross.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines.
  • Maintain proper staffing levels and direct the daily schedules and activities of department associates.
  • Attend manager meetings and assist with dealership-wide training, advertising campaigns, and incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to structure deals, develop salespeople, and drive consistent monthly volume.
  • Strong CRM skills and familiarity with dealership sales processes and compliance requirements.
  • Natural leader who can motivate a team and hold individuals accountable to performance standards.
  • 2 years of top performing sales or equivalent leadership preferred/
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Benefits

  • Affordable Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
  • Competitive 401(k): Build your future with our retirement savings plan.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes paid holidays and vacation after 90 days of full-time employment.
  • Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave: Support for new mothers and fathers.
  • Paylocity "Pay On Demand": Access your earnings before payday (up to $2,000).
  • Employee Discounts: Discounts on vehicle servicing and new car purchases.
