Job description

REPORTS TO: Athletic Director, Building Principal
COMPENSATION: Based on the ECA Compensation Schedule
 
JOB DUTIES
  • Assist in the coordination and supervision of the JV Baseball team
  • Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Assist in the design of a training program and game program
  • Ensure that all athletic activities conform to applicable guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community
  • Work effectively with booster clubs and other community organizations
  • React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
  • Support the value of an education
  • Support the philosophy and vision of CPCSC Athletics
  • Willing to participate in activities associated with the baseball program.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • The preferred candidate must be a good role model for high school aged students/athletes
  • The preferred candidate will have experience coaching baseball
  • The preferred candidate will be a licensed educator
