We are excited to be seeking a Human Resources and Administrative Services Manager to join our team at our Homer, Alaska, location. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:Lead and oversee all Human Resources including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, policy administration, and regulatory compliance. Partner with leadership to recruit, develop, and retain employees while providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and organizational development. Assist with administration of labor relations, including interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement, grievance administration, and participation in collective bargaining negotiations. Direct compensation and classification programs, employee benefits, compliance reporting, workforce planning, and HR programs that support organizational goals. Manage the Administrative Services team and operations, including records management, administrative support functions, budgeting, and process improvement. Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of employee and supervisor training programs to support regulatory compliance, legal requirements, and organizational objectives.Serve as a trusted member of the management team by supporting strategic initiatives, emergency response planning, and organizational decision-making while exercising sound independent judgment and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.What makes you a good fit:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or a related field is required.
