Somerset Pacific is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support operations at a low-income/affordable housing community. What You'll Do:

  • Assist with leasing, resident support, and file compliance
  • Help process move-ins, recertifications, and notices
  • Support rent collection, reporting, and office administration
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and unit turns
  • Provide professional, compassionate resident service

What You Bring:

  • Property management or affordable housing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, or RD is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
