Job description

Mountain Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated and versatile Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative to join our team! In this dual-role position, you'll be a vital part of both our medical support team and our reception staff. Whether you're assisting in the treatment area or greeting clients at the front desk, your work will help ensure our patients receive the highest quality care and our clients feel informed, supported, and welcome.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with outpatient visits and procedures, educating pet owners, managing appointment flow, and maintaining a warm, professional presence as the face of our hospital. You'll collaborate with our doctors and veterinary technicians while also engaging with clients in person and over the phone to answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide guidance on our services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is equally passionate about excellent patient care and outstanding customer service.
This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Tuesday-Saturday.

Mountain Veterinary Hospital is a four-doctor, full-service, small animal practice providing conventional medical and surgical treatment for dogs and cats as well as physical therapy, rehabilitation, and alternative medicine. Alternative medicine includes acupuncture, stem cell/platelet rich plasma therapy, and Chinese herbal medicine.
