We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Account Management team. You're a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: 

Client Support: 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client. The Account Manager will play a key role in supporting client relationships, executing campaign initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. 
  • Assist Account Team in managing client communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings. 
  • Prepare and distribute client reports, presentations, and other materials. 
  • Track and monitor client performance metrics, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement. 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Creative, Strategy, Media) to address client needs, ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and foster positive team engagement.   

Account Management: 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of account plans to achieve client goals and objectives. 
  •  Support the management of projects and campaigns from inception to delivery, working under the guidance of the Account Director and Account Supervisor. 
  • Support Account Team in conducting regular client meetings to review performance, discuss opportunities, and build relationships. 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. 
  • Assist in managing account budgets, invoicing and forecasts. Ensure accurate billing and financial reporting in line with agency and client expectations, under the direction of the Account Director. 
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, project status and communications. 
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals and contracts. 
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency. 
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, programmatic, and content marketing. 
  • Experience supporting the management of client accounts. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in French is a plus. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Teams.  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn. 
  • Customer-focused and committed to providing excellent service. 
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
