    Account Coordinator

At Market Mentors, we don't just manage accounts; we drive outcomes. The Account Coordinator is an essential member of the Client Services team, working in close partnership with Account Executives to ensure client work moves through the agency efficiently, accurately, and with care.

This role supports the full lifecycle of client work, from entering projects into the system through delivery and client communication. You will attend client meetings, monitor project status, build your knowledge of each client's business, and serve as a reliable resource for both internal teams and clients. This is a hands-on, relationship-forward role for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, integrated marketing environment.

    What You'll Do

    Project & Workflow Support

    • Enter and manage client work within the agency project management system
    • Track projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring timely movement from intake to delivery
    • Prepare for and participate in internal and client-facing meetings, including taking notes and distributing follow-ups
    • Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with Account Executives

    Client Communication & Intelligence

    • Support client communication under the direction of Account Executives
    • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned clients' businesses, industries, and goals
    • Serve as an internal resource for team members seeking client context and insight
    • Conduct research to inform the team and strengthen client intelligence

    Client Service & Relationship Support

    • Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects Market Mentors' standards and values
    • Anticipate agency and client needs before they become issues
    • Assist in preparing presentations, status reports, and other client-facing materials
    • Represent the agency professionally in all client interactions

    Team Collaboration

    • Work collaboratively with Account Executives and subject matter experts across digital, creative, PR, and media
    • Help keep communication flowing between internal teams and clients
    • Contribute to a positive, motivated team culture by modeling core values and supporting team success
    • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to keep the team and clients moving forward

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or client services environment; internship experience is welcomed
    • Strong business acumen and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
    • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment
    • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HubSpot is a plus
    • A genuine passion for the advertising and marketing industry

    What Success Looks Like

    • Client work moves through the system accurately, on time, and without things falling through the cracks
    • Account Executives can trust you to own tasks end-to-end and follow through without reminders
    • Internal teams have the information and direction they need to execute
    • Clients experience consistent, professional communication and feel well-supported
    • You are building knowledge, growing your skills, and contributing ideas, not just completing tasks
