  • Mentor junior team members through coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, marketing, client services, or a related role
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience contributing to client strategy or reporting
  • Competent understanding of search, content marketing, advertising, and how these channels work together
  • Strong analytical thinking

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication skills - clear writing and confident presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • A collaborative mindset with curiosity about marketing and client psychology

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the team
