Job Description CNC Service/Assembly Technician Location: Belle Glade, FL Compensation: $60,000-$80,000/year DOE Schedule: Shop-Based + Approximately 60-80% U.S. Travel Are you mechanically inclined, comfortable working with electrical components, and interested in building a career in CNC service. This is a hands-on opportunity for a junior-level technician to gain experience both in the shop and in the field while working alongside senior technicians

You'll spend part of your time at the Belle Glade facility preparing, assembling, testing, and repairing equipment, then travel to customer locations to assist with installations, service calls, and training. What You'll Do Perform hands-on shop work including equipment assembly, machine setup, testing, repairs, welding, and preventative maintenance Prepare CNC routers, plasma tables, channel letter machines, lasers, and related equipment for delivery and installation Travel with senior technicians to customer sites for machine installations, calibrations, functional testing, and startup support Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, software, and network-related equipment issues Support preventative maintenance visits and document service records and machine history Help train machine operators and shop personnel on proper equipment use, maintenance, and best practices Read wiring schematics, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals Maintain an organized, safe, and professional shop and field-service work environment What We're Looking For 2 years of experience repairing, maintaining, assembling, or troubleshooting industrial equipment Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting skills 2+ years of welding experience (certification preferred) Comfortable working in both a shop environment and at customer locations Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings Interest in CNC machinery, automation, fabrication equipment, or machine controls Familiarity with G-code, Vectric V-Carve, EnRoute, Flexi, or similar software is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the U.S. Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, and willingness to learn from experienced technicians Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus What We Offer $60,000-$80,000/year, based on experience Per diem and full reimbursement for travel-related expenses Mileage reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Hands-on shop and field-service training Clear career path and advancement opportunities within a growing service team If you enjoy working with machines, solving technical problems, and want a role that combines shop-based work with travel and field service, apply today.
