Work Now Staffing is looking to hire for Insert Operator for our Tampa, FL client.

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday

Job Details:

We are seeking a reliable Inserter Operator to set up and operate automated inserting equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for machine setup, operation, quality checks, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate inserter machines according to job specifications
  • Load materials and monitor machine performance during production
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and proper completion
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and report equipment problems as needed
  • Complete production documentation and maintain a clean work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and production schedules
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per day
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
