The Lakeland Ledger is hiring a full-time Press Operator to support daily production in a fast-paced pressroom environment. This role helps ensure safe operations, strong print quality, and on-time production.


  • Operate and prepare press equipment for production.
  • Maintain print quality and support production deadlines.
  • Keep the pressroom clean, safe, and organized.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Web offset printing experience is preferred, along with mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
