Interprint Web Printing is looking for a Sheetfed Printing Press Operator to take the helm of our high-speed printing operations. We are blending six decades of traditional offset excellence with cutting-edge tech. If you live for brilliant color, flawless registration, and leading a dynamic team, this is where you belong!

The Press You’ll Master

You will be commanding our 40-inch, 5-color LED-UV Komori Lithrone sheetfed press. This powerhouse is fully equipped for fast, efficient, dry-to-touch production.

Komori Equipment Features:

  • Instant LED-UV Curing & Inline AQ Coater: Next-level finishing technology.
  • KHS-AI (Komori Hyper System with AI): A brilliant self-learning ink presetting and register system that slashes makeready waste to a fraction of traditional presses.
  • Auto Plate Changing: Keeping setups fast and seamless.
  • Automatic Wash-Up: Automated cleaning for ink rollers, blanket cylinders, and impression cylinders.


What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Command the Press: Set up, operate, and prep the Komori for flawless production (including auto-plate, paper, auto ink sentinel system, AQ coater, and feeder/delivery setup).
  • Dial In Registration: Monitor color, registration, ink density, coating, and overall print quality from the first sheet to the last. Make expert adjustments on the fly to minimize waste.
  • Lead The Crew: Direct and supervise your press team, coordinating workflow and championing a culture of safety, quality, and peak production.
  • Troubleshoot: Use your mechanical aptitude to solve mechanical/printing issues and perform routine press maintenance.
  • Maintain Standards: Keep the pressroom clean, organized, and safe while meeting production standards and customer expectations.

  • Experienced: You have a proven track record operating multi-color sheetfed presses (Komori experience is a big plus).
  • Eagle-Eyed: You possess exceptional attention to detail and uncompromising color and registration accuracy.
  • Mechanically Minded: You have strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of the multi-color offset printing process.
  • A Leader: You know how to independently make sound decisions, lead a crew, and work effectively as a team.
