Job description

Professional Office Services, Inc (POS) is currently looking for a Printing Press Operator at our production facility in Winter Haven, FL.

Job Tasks Include:

  • Reads job packets and checks all materials inside to determine production quantity, stock type, ink color, and printing placement specifications.
  • Operates machine in an efficient manner with minimal waste. Follows safety rules according to company policy.
  • Sets up and adjusts press according to job specification.
  • Checks registration and alignment throughout the job run.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior printing press operation experience preferred, but not required.
  • Mechanical and mathematical aptitude/skills are required.
  • Quality conscious with good organizational skills.
  • Productivity skills a must.
  • Requires standing up to 8 hours per day and lifting up to 50 lbs.

General hours for this position are 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Starting hourly base pay $17.50 to $21.50 per hour commensurate with experience and the opportunity for two increases in your first year!
