Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing a team of build technicians in a rapid prototyping and low-rate production environment. You will manage daily operations, drive production targets, and ensure high-quality standards are met. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of troubleshooting technical issues and motivating a team in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of 8-12 build technicians daily.
  • Assign work, track production output, and address bottlenecks.
  • Uphold quality and safety standards on the assembly floor.
  • Train and develop technician skills and performance.
  • Liaise between engineering and production teams on build issues.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory manufacturing role.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Industry Experience
  • Experience in prototype or low-rate production manufacturing environments is highly preferred, particularly within industries like robotics, aerospace, automotive, or defense.
