ECHO is hiring Assemblers for our cutting-edge, climate-controlled facility located in Lake Zurich!

The Assembler plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of our final products. The role of an Assembler requires you to perform various repetitive assembly and fabrication operations as assigned by the Group Leader.

No Experience Needed! Will Train!    

2nd Shift M-F 3:15pm-11:30pm!

$16/HR +1 SD=$17/HR

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Receive instructions and work specifications from the Group Leader. 
  • May assemble, operate machinery, or package company products.
  • Ability to use hand tools, compressed air drivers.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
  • Maintain tools, fixtures, and work area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Follow all safety rules and policies.
  • Performs various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the overall operation of the department.

    Job Experience/Skills: 

    • No experience is necessary, and training is provided.
    • Basic mechanical aptitude.
    • Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
    • Skills in operating small hand tools and a willingness to work overtime are required.
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
    • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
