Assembler / Electrical Assembler

Providence, RI
1st and 2nd Shifts
$18 to $20 depending on experience and shift differential

Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team. The Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production goals. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety procedures and work instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions and production requirements.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality expectations.
  • Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
  • Report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
