Job Description

Preferred
At least 10 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
At least 10 years of experience in Client engagement, people management
At least 10years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
Ability to manage technology and performance engineering
Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principals
Basic domain knowledge in RETAIL
At least 4 years of experience in Retail Industry
At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
At least 4 years of experience in JDE World functional testing area.
Al least 4 years of experience of testing with AS400 functional applications.
Development experience in AS400 JDE world will be an added advantage.
At least 4 years of experience or more in testing lifecycle, defect cycle.
At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
Ability to handle Ambiguity, diverse/ multiple stakeholders.
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Qualifications

Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 10 years of experience with IT
