Detailed Job Description:
• Serve as the Major Incident Management (MIM) Coordinator, responsible for leading the response to critical incidents impacting business operations
• Coordinated cross-functional teams to swiftly diagnose, escalate, and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that project milestones were met on time and within budget.
• Spearhead Process alignment integrating security org with the rest of the organization along with budget, quarterly planning and resource allocation integrations.
• Supported with Clarity rollout testing, feedback and usage.
