Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce), AI platforms, and data analytics tools is typically required, along with certifications in sales or AI solutions being advantageous. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills set top performers apart by helping them bridge technical and business needs. These skills are crucial for successfully aligning client objectives with AI solutions and driving business growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
