Professionals in archives often face challenges such as managing large volumes of both physical and digital records, maintaining proper organization, and ensuring the long-term preservation of sensitive or deteriorating materials. They also need to balance accessibility with security, making sure that records are available to authorized users while protecting confidential information. Staying updated with evolving technology and archival standards is essential for effective management.
