What are the typical challenges faced by professionals working in an archive, and how can they be overcome?

Professionals in archives often face challenges such as managing large volumes of both physical and digital records, maintaining proper organization, and ensuring the long-term preservation of sensitive or deteriorating materials. Staying updated with evolving technology and archival standards is essential for effective management. Collaborating with other departments and continual professional development can help overcome these challenges and ensure the archive remains a valuable resource.
