Rejoins L'Office d'Habitation de Riviere-du-Loup et Les Basques, un organisme a but non lucratif dedie a la gestion, l'entretien et au developpement des logements sociaux et abordables. Ici, chaque plan que tu concois et chaque projet que tu supervises contribue a ameliorer la vie des residents et a valoriser le patrimoine bati de la region.

Les defis qui vous attendent:
Sous la supervision du Coordonnateur du Centre de service (CS), tu seras le specialiste principal en architecture.

Ton role : concevoir, planifier et superviser l'ensemble des projets architecturaux pour garantir leur qualite, leur faisabilite et leur conformite, tout en collaborant avec une equipe multidisciplinaire.
Ton quotidien ressemblera a :
  • Concevoir et produire des plans et devis d'architecture precis et fonctionnels.
  • Effectuer des releves architecturaux des batiments.
  • Fournir des avis techniques specialises a l'equipe.
  • Verifier et approuver les plans et devis produits par les technologues en architecture.
  • Elaborer, planifier et realiser les projets de la conception a la livraison.
  • Mettre en place et effectuer les mesures de controle necessaires sur les projets confies au CS.
  • Effectuer des visites de chantier pour assurer la qualite et le respect des plans et devis.
  • Preparer les appels d'offres et analyser la conformite des soumissions recues.
  • Formuler des recommandations au Conseil d'Administration (CA) concernant l'attribution des contrats.
  • Collaborer a l'estimation des couts et proposer des solutions alternatives.
  • Participer activement aux rencontres de gestion de projets.
Le profil que nous recherchons:
  • Maitrise en architecture requise.
  • Trois (3) a cinq (5) ans d'experience pertinente (toute combinaison formation/experience jugee pertinente sera consideree).
  • Membre de l'Ordre des Architectes du Quebec (OAQ).
  • Maitrise des logiciels AutoCAD, SketchUp et/ou Revit (atout).
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la planification.
  • Connaissances en gestion de projets et interet pour les projets ecoenergetiques et durables.
  • Permis de conduire valide et carte ASP.
  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs projets et priorites, tout en travaillant en equipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Curiosite, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
