3D Real-Time Visualization Specialist — 1-Year Contract

We are looking for a talented 3D Real-Time Visualization Specialist to join our creative team on a 1-year maternity leave contract. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of real-time visualization, product design, and interactive tools, contributing to an evolving Unreal Engine ecosystem used across design, sales, and marketing.

What You’ll Do

As a 3D Real-Time Visualization Specialist , you will support both product and project visualization initiatives by transforming engineering concepts into compelling real-time experiences and high-quality visuals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Convert and optimize engineering CAD models for real-time use, including modeling, UVs, and LOD creation
  • Build, organize, and maintain structured 3D product libraries used across design and sales tools
  • Create realistic environments and visual content including renders, animations, videos, and interactive presentations
  • Support and maintain Unreal Engine environments and internal visualization tools
  • Debug and enhance existing Blueprint systems and contribute to workflow improvements
  • Participate in R&D and continuous improvement initiatives related to visualization and pipeline development
  • Support project design activities during peak production periods


What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • DEC or Bachelor’s degree in 3D Animation, 3D Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience in product visualization, architecture visualization, or related real-time 3D environments
  • Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 (Level Editor, Materials, Blueprint, Sequencer)
  • Experience with 3ds Max or equivalent 3D software, including modeling, UV mapping, texturing, optimization, lighting, and rendering
  • Strong understanding of real-time rendering constraints and asset optimization workflows
  • Excellent artistic eye for composition, lighting, color, and visual storytelling
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Comfortable communicating in both French and English (intermediate English required)


Experience in any of the following areas would be considered an asset:

  • SolidWorks or AutoCAD
  • Scripting or programming
  • Water simulation / FX creation
  • Reading CAD plans and technical drawings
  • UI/UX design
  • Motion graphics
  • Character animation or rigging/setup

Ce que vous ferez

À titre de Spécialiste en visualisation 3D en temps réel, vous contribuerez aux initiatives de visualisation de produits et de projets en transformant des concepts d’ingénierie en expériences temps réel convaincantes et en visuels de haute qualité.


Principales responsabilités

  • Convertir et optimiser des modèles CAD d’ingénierie pour une utilisation en temps réel, incluant la modélisation, les UV et la création de LOD
  • Concevoir, organiser et maintenir des bibliothèques structurées de produits 3D utilisées dans les outils de design et de vente
  • Créer des environnements réalistes et du contenu visuel incluant rendus, animations, vidéos et présentations interactives
  • Assurer le support et la maintenance des environnements Unreal Engine et des outils de visualisation internes
  • Déboguer et améliorer les systèmes Blueprint existants et contribuer à l’optimisation des flux de travail
  • Participer aux initiatives de recherche et développement ainsi qu’à l’amélioration continue des outils et pipelines de visualisation
  • Soutenir les activités de design de projets durant les périodes de pointe


Ce que vous apportez

Qualifications requises

  • DEC ou baccalauréat en animation 3D, arts numériques, ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
  • 2 à 3 années d’expérience en visualisation de produits, visualisation architecturale ou environnements 3D temps réel connexes
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Unreal Engine 5 (Level Editor, Materials, Blueprint, Sequencer)
  • Expérience avec 3ds Max ou un logiciel 3D équivalent, incluant modélisation, UV mapping, texturing, optimisation, éclairage et rendu
  • Bonne compréhension des contraintes de rendu en temps réel et des flux d’optimisation d’actifs
  • Excellent sens artistique pour la composition, l’éclairage, la couleur et la narration visuelle
  • Bonne connaissance de Photoshop
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Esprit collaboratif avec autonomie et sens de l’initiative
