Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons trois professionnels intermédiaires pour rejoindre notre équipe de design d’intérieur à Montréal. Nous sommes ouverts à différents profils, notamment :
- Technologue en design d’intérieur
- Technicien(ne) en architecture
- Designer d’intérieur
Le candidat idéal possède une solide base technique, excelle dans la production de plans et de détails, et souhaite contribuer à la réalisation de projets stimulants au sein d’une équipe collaborative.
Le rôle
Relevant de la directrice du design d’intérieur ou d’un chef d’équipe, vous participerez activement à la conception, à la coordination technique et à la réalisation de projets de design d’intérieur de complexité variable. Vous contribuerez à la qualité des livrables tout en collaborant avec les équipes internes, consultants, fournisseurs et clients.
Responsabilités principales
- Développer et traduire les concepts de design en plans et livrables techniques.
- Produire et coordonner les plans, détails, élévations et tableaux de finition.
- Participer à la sélection des matériaux, finis et mobiliers.
- Assurer la coordination avec les consultants, fournisseurs et autres intervenants.
- Contribuer au respect des échéanciers et des standards de qualité.
- Participer aux réunions de projet et maintenir une communication proactive avec l’équipe.
- Effectuer des visites de chantier et assurer le suivi de la conformité des travaux, au besoin.
- Soutenir la préparation des présentations destinées aux clients.
Profil recherché
- DEC en design d’intérieur, technologie de l’architecture ou domaine connexe, ou diplôme universitaire pertinent.
- Environ 5 à 8 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire en firme de design ou d’architecture notamment le domaine commercial et espace de travail.
- Excellente maîtrise de Revit.
- Connaissance de SketchUp, Enscape. Connaissance de Lumion est un atout.
- Bonne connaissance des matériaux, des méthodes de construction et des normes applicables.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter les échéanciers.
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
- Excellentes aptitudes en collaboration et en communication.
- Maîtrise du français; l’anglais est un atout puisque certains projets et intervenants sont à l’extérieur du Québec.
