Job Summary:
KMS Solutions, LLC is a technical management solutions company that specializes in engineering, analysis, and cyber security. They are seeking an Engineering Technician IV to assist with the publishing of Maintenance Standards, Test Procedures, and other MIDS products in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Desk-top Publishing services to incorporate electronic MID mark-ups into draft electronic format.
• Work within Windchill using Arbortext to prepare and manage updates for Maintenance Standards.
• Clean up and burst converted MIDS into the latest electronic format.
Qualifications:
Required:
• HS diploma or equivalent GED
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Proficient with Adobe Pro and the manipulation of PDFs
• An active or current DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred:
• Familiarity with SUBMEPP Maintenance Standards (MSs) and SUBMEPP Test Procedures
• Knowledge about submarine Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems
• Familiar with PTC Windchill and Arbortext
