As a key member of our finance team, the AR Director will be responsible for leading our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and oversight to ensure seamless operations

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue cycle processes, reducing days outstanding and increasing cash flow

  • Collaborate with other departments, including patient access, coding, and quality improvement, to ensure accurate and timely billing

  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA and ICD-10

  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address billing errors and denials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
