Job description

Sales Apprentice - High End Technology Integration
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: St Louis Park, MN (Lelch)
Reporting To: Alex, CEO
Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 / year
Description
Did you sell roofing, painting, or pest control door-to-door in college - and actually win at it? Are you fresh out of school, hungry, and looking for a career instead of a job? Keep reading.
We sell incredible technology to high-end homes: home theaters, whole-home audio, lighting, automation, the works. You won't need to know any of that yet. We'll teach you the industry. What we can't teach is hustle, and that's the one thing you have to bring. This is an apprenticeship: you'll learn how the luxury construction world works, build real relationships, and grow into a closer who can carry a serious book of business.
Your Manager
  • Alex, CEO

Your Location
  • In-person (not remote or hybrid)
  • 6035 Culligan Way, Minnetonka, MN 55345

Your Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Our Core Values
  • Excellence
  • Kindness
  • Hustle
  • Innovation

What You'll Do:
  • Learn the craft - We'll train you on the products, the clients, and how high-end projects come together. You bring the drive; we bring the playbook.
  • Build relationships - Get in front of architects, builders, designers, and homeowners. Earn their trust and keep them coming back.
  • Chase the close - Revenue is the scoreboard. Our engineers, project managers, installers, and techs handle everything after the sale, so you can focus on selling.
  • Run your pipeline - Log your leads, opportunities, and activities in our CRM and keep them current.
  • Show up and network - Attend 6-8 networking, industry, and social events, including our local BNI chapter.

Who You Are & Where This Goes
Who You Are
• Hungry. You've sold something hard - door-to-door, commission-only, build-your-own-crew kind of hard - and you came out on top.
• Coachable. You want to be taught, and you take feedback and run with it.
• Personable. People like you and trust you quickly.
• Ambitious. You're not looking for a paycheck. You're looking to build a career.
Where This Goes
This is the ground floor, not the ceiling. Put in the reps, learn the trade, and you'll grow into a full Outside Sales Rep carrying a $1M+ book of business (and climbing). Some of the best in this industry started exactly where you are - selling something simple, door to door, refusing to lose.
Sound Like You?
If you've got the hustle and want someone to hand you the keys to a real career, we want to meet you. Apply and tell us the hardest thing you've ever sold.
