Job description

Cyber Security Innovations, LLC (CSI) is seeking a Data Warehouse / Oracle-PL/SQL & Informatica Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a federal customer's Technical Support Services task order. This position is responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and support of the customer's enterprise data warehouse, including Oracle database development, PL/SQL performance tuning, and Informatica-based ETL workflows that feed the customer's reporting and analytics environment. The SME will work closely with the Power BI Developer and customer stakeholders to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely data supporting dashboards and business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) workflows that pull data from source systems, including the customer's contract writing system(s), SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and applicable internal and external data sources.
  • Develop and maintain regular and ad hoc data queries and Oracle views to extract data from the data warehouse in support of reporting and analytics.
  • Maintain metadata and data dictionaries documenting the data warehouse's structure, sources, and transformations.
  • Develop Informatica flows as needed to perform data manipulation and Oracle table population.
  • Provide Oracle development and Informatica subject matter expertise to support evaluation, strategy development, PL/SQL programming, data views, triggers, and function development, including performance tuning of Oracle and PL/SQL processes.
  • Coordinate with customer IT to obtain required permissions and support deployment of workflows into production environments.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer on table design, views, and workflows to customer stakeholders and CSI team members as needed.
  • Support data warehouse system availability and successful, error-free ETL workflow execution consistent with contract service levels.
  • Partner with the Power BI Developer to ensure data structures and models support accurate, high-performing dashboards and reports.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Oracle database development and PL/SQL programming experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and maintaining Informatica ETL workflows.
  • Experience supporting an enterprise data warehouse environment, including metadata/data dictionary management.
  • Experience integrating Oracle data sources with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) via ODBC or native data connectors.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to optimize query and ETL performance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for a federal background investigation, and able to maintain required suitability determinations for the life of the contract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting a federal contract involving Oracle data warehouse and Informatica ETL support.
  • Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) or Informatica certification.
  • Experience supporting integrations with SAP-based or federal contract writing systems.
  • Familiarity with data governance, records retention, and CUI handling requirements for federal data environments.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant Oracle/Informatica development experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
