Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Provides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on JCO. This role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing training and support, and ensuring that applications meet business requirements and industry standards. Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. Typical duties include designing, planning, organizing, and directing training programs to enable PMO-directed instructors to present training materials, instructional materials, and informational presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of overall experience in the functional area. A bachelor's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
  • 5 years of experience developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.
  • 5 years of experience with interacting with cyber operators in refining requirements and providing supporting documentation for each use case.
  • 5 years working in a DoD environment with specialization in cyber domain.
  • 3 years of experience with managing cyber force mission planning.
  • Practical cyber domain experience in managing Cyber
  • Mission Lifecycle and associated workflows.


Desired Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience creating JCO dashboards (previously IKE) application
  • 1 year of JCO (previously IKE), operator level, experience
