Job Title: Senior Application Systems Analyst / Business system analys
Location: Reston VA / Plano, TX (3 Days onsite Per week)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
  • Senior Application Systems Analyst
  • Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities.
  • May be responsible for feasibility studies, time and cost estimates and establishment and implementation of new or revised applications systems and programs.
  • Work with the business unit or other subject matter experts to identify or refine technical requirements for application under development or being revised.
  • May be responsible for overall direction of the organization's design, maintenance and application activities to meet specific business needs of user areas

Skills:
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Working knowledge of defining JSON schema and understanding REST API's
  • Working knowledge of Object Objected Programming Language like JAVA and JSON based Database.
  • Tools like XMY SPY, Postman
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and documentation
  • Experience with data analysis and database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.).

Education/Work Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent 7 plus years software development experience with experience with projects of similar scope and complexity.
