Description:Summer Camp Counselor (Male Role Model – Full-Time)

Location: Carmel, IN
Dates of Employment: June 1 – August 31
(2 required training dates in mid-May)

About the Role

Spend your summer making memories and being a positive role model! The Bridgewater Club is seeking a Full-Time Male Summer Camp Counselor to help lead an exciting, activity-filled camp for children ages 3–10.

Our 9-week summer camp includes themed programming, sports, swimming, tennis, games, crafts, and outdoor adventures. We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible male leader who can provide strong mentorship, encouragement, and positive energy to our campers each day.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and actively engage campers in daily activities
  • Lead sports, group games, swimming, crafts, and team-building activities
  • Serve as a positive male role model for campers
  • Create a safe, structured, and inclusive environment
  • Encourage confidence, teamwork, and respectful behavior
  • Communicate effectively with camp leadership and fellow counselors
  • Follow all safety policies and emergency procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with children (camp, coaching, childcare, or youth programs preferred)
  • Energetic, patient, and dependable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading sports and high-energy outdoor activities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and set clear expectations
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
