Technical Applications Project Leader

Location: Orange, CT (Onsite 4 days/week) | Practice Area: Technology & Engineering | Type: Permanent

The Role
We are seeking a Technical Applications Project Leader to support the delivery and ongoing management of customer-facing applications. In this role, you will bring expertise in application support, development, and team coordination to ensure reliable system performance and alignment with business needs.

You will work across technical and business teams, including global delivery partners, to enhance application functionality, manage risks, and support continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee application support and ensure stable, reliable performance of customer-facing systems
  • Coordinate across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams to maintain continuous support coverage
  • Support development and troubleshooting of web applications and backend services
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align technical delivery
  • Identify risks and support mitigation planning to ensure successful project outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing complex IT environments, including architecture and application development landscapes
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as ServiceNow, Java, microservices, Kubernetes (Azure AKS), and SAP
  • Understanding of enterprise applications including web, mobile, and database systems
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple locations
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
