WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Proactive Monitoring & Optimization: Perform system health checks using advanced monitoring tools (Dynatrace, ELK) and leverage AI/automation to identify issues, conflicts, and risks before they impact clients.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Lead investigation and analysis of operational failures through to resolution, driving root cause identification and implementing preventative measures.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion innovative approaches and automation solutions to streamline support processes, enhance efficiency, and establish best practices across the team.
  • Cross-Platform Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with IT partners and business units, communicating technical insights effectively to influence outcomes and drive business impact.
  • Technical Analytics & Reporting: Analyze system data, write SQL queries, and generate actionable reports that support decision-making and platform optimization.
  • Project Enablement: Participate in project handovers, review specifications and implementation plans, and ensure seamless transitions through clear communication and documentation.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • AI & Automation Implementation: Proven experience implementing AI solutions and automation tools to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Dynatrace & ELK Expertise: Proficiency in monitoring and logging platforms to diagnose issues, analyze performance, and optimize system health.
  • SQL Proficiency: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries to extract data, generate reports, and support analytical decision-making.
  • Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of new solutions and best practices.
  • Can-Do Attitude: Resourceful, adaptable problem-solver with a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice-to-have:

  • Understanding of one or more of the following: programming languages, databases, platforms, code management tooling, and/or web technologies.
  • Experience with SRE (Site reliability Engineering) Tools.
  • Experience with architecture/process workflow analysis and design.
  • Familiarity with ITSM.
