Overview

The M&A Application Integration Specialist is responsible for leading the integration of Merger & Acquisition and existing application integrations with Corporate Applications owned by the GTS Corporate Applications team. This position serves as an integrations subject matter expert (SME), supporting processes, and implementing improvements. The Application Integration Specialist ensures appropriate controls are in place and integrates data for decision makers and business owners to support integration and rationalization of M&A entities’ applications with Corporate Applications. The Application Integration Specialist also provides administrative and project support to the team


How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as GTS Corporate applications SME associated with integration and rationalization of M&A applications into Corporate Applications. 
  • Determine the best technical functionality, content, processes, and procedures. 
  • Analyze data, document source-to-target mapping, read data models, perform data mining, and assist with data profiling. 
  • Assist with the design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and technology staff, including off-shore personnel, to ensure that communication is open and ongoing. 
  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project management teams to keep initiatives moving forward smoothly and in accordance with project plans. 
  • Define project scope, deliverable priorities, and recommend alternative solutions. 

About You

Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with complex application data integration and rationalization, especially M&A data integration 
  • Experience integrating business processes and data between multiple on-premises and cloud applications 
  • Working "hands-on" knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies 
  • Corporate Applications acumen, especially Financial 
  • Strong business and technical process flow software (e.g., Visio, Lucid) 
  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills 
  • Experience working with off-shore or remote development/support teams 

Desired: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field 
  • Strong SQL query skills for both on-premises and cloud hosted databases (e.g., Snowflake) 
  • Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and cope with conflicting deadlines 
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
