Description

  • The E1 role is accountable for developing Value Stream capabilities, including processes, data, IT solutions, applications, and overarching ecosystems aligned with the Value Stream Architect vision and plans.
  • This position ensures technology consistency, drives governance, and informs strategic decisions across the domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce technology policies, standards, and patterns.
  • Ensure solutions, data, and processes across the Value Stream adhere to approved technology standards.
  • Inform business strategy, identify new investment opportunities, and guide funding allocations.
  • Make Value Stream-level architecture decisions and validate delivered work against approved designs.
  • Propose and describe necessary work based on technical dependencies and tech debt across the domain.
  • Manage New York Life Information Technology Governance processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with architectural vision and plans.
  • Experience Required

Primary Skills:

  • Enterprise Architecture and Value Stream design.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks.
  • Expertise in technology standards, patterns, and policy development.
  • Hands-on experience with ecosystem integration and application architecture.
