Role: Program Director - Enterprise Integration & Transformation CPG
Location: New Jersey
Summary:
Lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs involving mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, distribution network consolidation, and operating model transformation within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and Wholesale Distribution industry. Responsible for delivering business synergies, operational continuity, and enterprise-wide integration outcomes across multiple functions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex integration and transformation programs.
• Drive business process harmonization across Supply Chain, Warehousing, Procurement, Merchandising, Finance, HR, and IT.
• Lead enterprise applications, data, infrastructure, and operational integrations.
• Establish program governance, executive reporting, risk management, and value realization tracking.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Ensure seamless business continuity while achieving cost, efficiency, and growth objectives.

Salary Range: $142,400- $192,600 a year
