The Store Assistance Manager is responsible to support the store manager in daily Operations, Including sales, customer services, and Marinating store standards of Getfastshirt.com They are responsible for training and supervising employees as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They are responsible for handling cash and managing inventory.
Responsibilities
Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, front line, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs of Getfastshirt.com
Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency
Assist in the day- to day operation of the store
Assist in performing daily check-ups and making bank deposits
Qualifications for Store Sales Associate
Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
Ability to comprehend basic instructions
Ability to interpret documents
