The App Review Board team is a critical part of the App Review process, serving as a dedicated resource for developers to appeal decisions, receive detailed feedback on their app’s review, and suggest changes to the guidelines. We investigate appeals across all platforms and guidelines, collaborate closely with App Review, and partner with internal teams to address developer concerns effectively. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional developer experience by handling every appeal with expertise, integrity, and a commitment to meaningful outcomes.
This role demands a detail-oriented mindset, strong investigative skills, a comprehensive understanding of the App Review Guidelines, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment. ","responsibilities":"Develop deep expertise in the App Review process and guidelines
Make well-reasoned decisions quickly in ambiguous, high-pressure situations
Deliver clear, constructive written feedback directly to third-party app developers
Work cross-functionality with partners within WWDR and Apple Legal on incoming appeals, guideline change suggestions, and sensitive matters involving regulatory compliance, fraud, and trust & safety
Collaborate with teammates to surface insights and drive meaningful improvements to business processes
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in App Review or a comparable field

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $36.52 and $63.36/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
