Job Description We are seeking a Global HR Systems Functional Lead to drive the international Workday implementation at BTIG across Europe and APAC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global HR business analysis and requirements leadership and a proven ability to facilitate workshops, document complex processes, and translate business needs into configuration-ready Workday requirements. Responsibilities: Lead requirements-gathering sessions with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, and operational stakeholders across multiple countries and regions. Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes, regulatory needs, policy variations, and operational constraints. Identify and document country-specific requirements and deltas against global Workday design standards. Conduct gap assessments and capture process, policy, and system impacts with clear decisions and ownership. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and configuration-ready requirements for Workday teams. Create and maintain business requirements documents, process maps, decision logs, traceability matrices, country delta logs, and test scenarios with acceptance criteria. Serve as primary liaison between regional stakeholders and implementation teams across Europe, APAC, and North America. Coordinate cross-workstream requirements for Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Compensation, Time and Absence, Payroll, and Learning. Manage a centralized requirements backlog, issues, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and country deltas aligned to program milestones. Support test strategy, test case development, UAT, and validation that delivered solutions meet documented requirements. Assist with defect triage, readiness activities, and transition to production support. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years in business analysis, functional consulting, or HR systems implementation. Proven facilitation of global requirements workshops and stakeholder decision-making. Experience translating business processes into executable requirements for enterprise platforms. Background supporting HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, or Workforce Management initiatives. Strong documentation skills for complex processes and traceability through testing. Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions in ambiguous environments. Effective communication, organization, and stakeholder leadership. Preferred Skills: Experience with Workday implementations or large Workday transformations. Exposure to multi-country HR processes and regional regulatory requirements across Europe and APAC. Familiarity with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Time, Absence, or Learning modules.
