Job description

Executive Administrative Partner

Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support a VP in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • Partner closely with team lead admins
  • Communicate key organizational and company updates to admins and cross-functional partners
  • General office duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  3. 5+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  4. Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  5. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. BA/BS
  2. Experience planning, executing and driving strategic events and offsites, including both leadership and larger team offsites
  3. Experience supporting a global (APAC, EMEA, NORAM) team across several timezones
  4. Experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all areas of work
  5. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  6. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  7. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Public Compensation: $100,610/year to $144,602/year + bonus + equity + benefits
