Impact Solutions is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, processes, and problem-solving.
As an Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions for both internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Process and audit a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Manage accounts payable activities
  • Perform three-way matching for invoice processing
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
  • Set up and maintain vendor and customer accounts
  • Process credit card payments and assist with payment disbursements
  • Respond to customer and supplier account inquiries in a timely manner
  • Prepare and monitor account aging reports
  • Resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments
  • Maintain organized and compliant financial records
