Position Overview 

Anthology Events is seeking an upbeat, polished, and hospitalitydriven Server to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, highenergy environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for guests. As a Server, you'll guide guests through the menu, deliver warm and attentive service, and help maintain the lively, welcoming vibe that defines the Anthology experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests 
  • Guide guests through food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and seasonal menu items 
  • Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold all sanitation standards 
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth 
  • Contribute to the upbeat, social atmosphere of the rooftop environment 

Qualifications 

  • 1-2 years of serving experience in a highvolume or upscale bar/restaurant 
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals 
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fastpaced, highenergy setting 
  • Excellent communication skills and a guestfocused mindset 
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative, teamoriented approach 
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
