Location- 4500 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64111 (onsite 3 days per week)

Role Overview:
This individual will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related initiatives, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/advanced analytics initiatives using agile methodologies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, data, business) to define scope, roadmap, and value realization
  • Establish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
  • Drive adoption and change management
  • Translate complex technical work into clear, business-focused updates for leadership

 
Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing AI, data, or advanced analytics programs in an agile environment
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
